Connect JobAdder to TalentDesk
No API keys. No IT ticket. One Allow click and your jobs, candidates and applications start syncing.
How it works
TalentDesk connects to JobAdder with secure OAuth - the same approach as Sign in with Google. You log in on JobAdder's own page and click Allow; JobAdder hands TalentDesk a token for your account. TalentDesk never sees or stores your JobAdder password, and you can revoke the connection from JobAdder at any time.
What you need
Just your normal JobAdder login. The person who clicks Allow needs to be a JobAdder account admin - if that is not you, ask your admin to do this one step (it takes under a minute).
The three steps
- 1Click Connect JobAdderIn the TalentDesk setup wizard (or Settings, then Connections).
- 2Log in and press AllowOn JobAdder's own login page - TalentDesk is never in the middle.
- 3Map your pipelineTalentDesk reads your application statuses and takes a first guess at which board column each belongs to. You confirm or correct - two minutes, once.
What TalentDesk accesses
It reads your jobs, candidates and applications to power the pipeline board, and writes back the status changes and placements you make on it. Nothing is ever deleted. To revoke access, remove TalentDesk from your JobAdder connected apps - the token stops working immediately.
